Hey there darling,

I'm channeling my inner Blair Waldorf today. Focusing my style around conjuring the big apple, and keeping in mind the walks around central park, this classic number screams gossip girl. My Henri Bendel bag is the perfect accessory to top off this look.

I'm obsessed with the subtle details on this ruffle skirt. It is that additional small pop of detail that makes this simple outfit ever more chic and simple. I also am loving greys paired with red and black. It is such a perfect pairing, that I can not believe I hadn't though about it sooner.

Casual Outing - Wardrobe Staples You Need

Hey lovelies! Today's outfit posts consists of styling wardrobe staples. These staples are comprised of versatile pieces that can be altered to fit one's style and can be mixed-and-matched to paired with items throughout the seasons. 

I think every wardrobe should have a Basic white button up shirt. For days when you want to be casual, but slightly put-together, tops like the one featured above are amazing for an effortless touch. A white button-up can be worn alone or layered with a denim, leather or any jacket of your choice.

The perfect pair of black booties are a staple in my wardrobe and and no brainer. Finding a fun pair like these lizard print booties are a fun way to spice up the average black bootie! Bottles with a midi-sized heel are comfortable and can literally be paired with anything. 

I've been obsessed with black structured bags because they are so versatile and they go with everything in my wardrobe, I'm currently obsessed with my Zac Posen Eartha bag and my Henri Bendal Uptown Satchel (they currently don't have a wide selection). They are perfect everyday bags and fit all of my necessities. 

Who can go wrong with a pair of denim pants? If you are like me and you love to dress up, you can possibly relate to overdressing to everything. I just love to look my best at all times! Well, denim is great to dress down an otherwise 'dressy' outfit and make it a little more casual and effortless. Yet you will still look great ;) !
