I hope everyone is having a good day! This is what I wore to an election night party! I'm obsessed with this outfit as the over-sized bow tie makes this outfit so classy, yet so feminine. This pairing is simple enough that it is not overly-dressy, but gives off a polished vibe.

I wore a sleveless chiffon while blouse and the bowtie I bought separetly, but I love this style here.

Workspace Details

A little know fact about me among my friends and family at home is that I am obsessed with stationary and cute decor that I can decorate my spaces with. 

As a student, the majority of my times is spent near the computer working on papers. I'm also constantly surfing the web for inspiration on sites such as the beloved Pinterest. 

A pretty organized desk space to look at not only makes my time at the computer more enjoyable, it helps me get in a motivated mindset. 

I am currently loving soft hues of pink and gold accents. I also love the cute puns on Kate Spade stationary. Texturally, I love clean lines and faux fur. 

I also like to personalize my space with things I love that add a little encouragement. Flower arrangements and fake plants add liveliness and an element of contrast.

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy thanksgiving all my Canadian friends! I hope everyone is having a wonderful and relaxing long weekend!

Here is an outfit inspiration for all the festivities that you may be attending! Who said you had to give up a stylish outfit for baggy clothes to hide that bloated belly with all the good food? I love shift dresses and T-shirt dresses for this reason!

We all have many things to be grateful for. We are all running busy lives and sometimes we fail to acknowledge the little things that are around us. Thanksgiving is a great time to take a minute and appreciate the life the we have.

For me, I like to live everyday appreciating the little things I get to enjoy in life. Life is too short to be unhappy. There will be bad days, but there is always something to be thankful for.

Rainy Days

Who said you have to bundle up and wear a raincoat on a rainy day? I personally don't even own a raincoat because the rain is no excuse to not wear anything cute!

Frizzy hair? No worries, thats why the invented cute fedoras right?

My go-to outfits for a rainy day is a long jacket and rain boots, and cute structured bag. I'm obsessed with off-white structure handbags as they go with almost anything! Cute rain boots gives you an excuse to bring out your inner child ;), I still love stomping in puddles.

A cute umbrella completes the look! If you're looking for a great umbrella, I'm obsessed with this Brellini one; however, if you're like me and you don't want to splurge a good old fashion one from Target will do.
