Sparkle and Teal

Hey there lovelies! Recently I have been loving the added textures derived from layering coats on top of fun jackets. As the temperature falls below zero, the added styling element not only keeps me warm, but also looks super chic. This way I can still put my spring jackets to good use as well as stay toasty. This black coat has been worn repeatedly and is so versatile. A small pop of teal and gold from the hardware provides an added colour element.

Here are the outfit details:

Girly Ruffles and Luxe Faux Fur

Hey there lovelies! I have been living for ruffles recently. They add the perfect feminine touch to an outfit and add a delicate element. I love the prolonged trend of ruffles as an extension of my summer wardrobe. I snagged this gorgeous number during the holiday sales at The Bay (by Karl Lagerfeld). Club Monaco also has an amazing selection of ruffle sweaters and sweater dresses.

I think detailed sweaters are perfect to add some fun elements to a winter wardrobe. I also love this one and this one.

Charming Ruffle Sleeves and Denim Accents

Hey there lovelies! Let take a minute to admire this adorable ruffle sleeve blazer for a minute. I've been obsessed with ruffles and bell sleeves for the past season because the add such a cute touch of femininity to an outfit. Ruffles, scallops and delicate bows have been a top item on my shopping list. Ruffle sleeves add a delicate element to your outfit and girly-up any outfit.

I also have been living in these shoes as you can probably tell from past posts. They are the perfect heel hight for walking around all day. They give me a slightly elongated look, without the discomfort of a high heel. They are perfect for the girls who'd love to wear heels all day, but can't due to the discomfort. They are also great for the gal like me, who also can't wear ballet flats. These make a great alternative. You can find them at Aldo or Call It Spring and I cannot recommend them enough.

Here are my outfit details:
Top: Topshop (similar here) (also love and own this one)
Blazer: Zara (similar here)
Bottoms: Target
Shoes: Call It Spring
Rings: H&M

Glamourous Plaid

Hey there lovelies, I hope you like this look as much as I do! I love pairing blacks and reds together to create a chic sophisticated look. There is always something luxurious about gold hardware, an almost all black look and a red lip for a pop of colour. This pallet has always been a go-to for me. To top it all off, you know it is a good day when your eyeliner is even and on point.

Winter Glamour - Fur and Saint Laurent

Hey there lovelies! Happy Friday. I think the blog has made it very clear how much I love wearing an all black look. It is my go to style because it is so simple yet so chic. A monochromatic look lets me experiment with textures rather than colours and it is an easy way to look effortless.

I love faux fur for this time of year. It looks so luxurious and it also keeps you insanely warm. Through decorative throws to fur vests, I love adding textures of fur to add a cozy comfortable vibe to the season.

Faux Fur in January

Hey there lovelies! I'm in love with this faux fur coat! Though, it is a little more glamorous than your typical winter wool coat, I think it is a fun way to add texture to your winter wardorbe. I think these coats pair perfectly with a simple all black look -- black skinny jeans and a black sweater or this look look with a button-up black blouse and a black mini skirt.

I love how this grizzly bear coat adds a warm element without taking away from the glam styled-look. Completely obsessed! H&M currently has a wide selection of faux fur coats at a reasonable price. I also had my eye on this leopard coat and I also love this one.

Here are my outfit details:

Top: H&M (love this style and this)
